Reggie was born in Stuttgart, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany on 23rd March 1972. He is the only child of Charles Alphonso Watts who worked as an officer in the US Air Force and Christiane who was French. He has spent his childhood in Germany, Spain, and Montana. In 1990 he completed his schooling at Great Falls High School. At the age of 18, he moved to Seattle, Washington for his further studies. He went to The Art Institute of Seattle and Cornish College of the Arts.
